These aphorism cards are available from most Sri Chinmoy Centres. The quotes are taken from Sri Chinmoy’s extensive collection of poems and written works.
The artwork is also by Sri Chinmoy, who was a prolific artist. The above soul-bird drawings were a particular favourite type of art work.

On November 24th, we offered an international Songs of the Soul performing the music of Sri Chinmoy at Oxford Town Hall.
Groups and performers included Ananda, Temple-Song-Hearts, Sahadeva’s orchestra, and Adarsha. The music was composed by Sri Chinmoy and performed by his students.
Sunrise and sunset are excellent times to meditate. Sri Chinmoy teaches that early in the morning, the earth’s atmosphere is quiet and more conducive to meditation.

“To reach the spiritual heart you have to feel that you do not have a mind, you do not have arms, you do not have legs, you have only the heart. Then you have to feel that you do not have the heart, but you are the heart. When you can feel that you are the heart and nothing else, then easily you will be able to reach your spiritual heart during your meditation.” -Sri Chinmoy
